Engineering & mammalian expression
Bio X Cell performs recombinant construct design, DNA synthesis, and assembly optimized for mammalian expression, then expresses your antibody in HEK293 or CHO. Format engineering (Fc silencing, species switching, multispecific assembly, fragment generation) is completed within the same workflow.
Purification, QC and antibody delivery
Every lot includes Protein A/G purification, custom formulation, and a per-lot Certificate of Analysis. Endotoxin is controlled during manufacturing, not corrected after. Additional QC (HP-SEC, pathogen screening, ELISA/Western) is available per program.
